- Scholarships are limited to students residing within Snohomish County, Camano Island and South Whidbey Island.
- Students must attend a college or university within the State of Washington.
- Students must be preparing for a career in education or working toward completion of their studies.
- If you know of a high school senior or a student currently enrolled in college planning a career in education please let them know of this financial opportunity.
