We are the Snohomish and Island Counties' local unit of  Washington State School Retirees’ Association known as Sno-Isle 22. Washington State School Retirees’ Association  is often referred to as WSSRA also referred to as SRA.   More than 17,000 members belong to WSSRA.  WSSRA aims to enhance the security and vitality of your retirement y

WSSRA  Mission Statement

Our Mission To represent all present and future Washington State School Retirees both classified and certificated. To propose legislation and legislative action that will enhance school retirees' lives. We strive to keep our members informed about retirement issues in Olympia.

How Our Local Unit Serves

How Our Local Unit Serves

  • We provide 30 $400 stipends to school employees who are members to benefit students

  • We provide 10 $100 to nonmembers to benefit students
  • We support 4 students on their way to teaching with $2500 renewable scholarships
  • We help support Everett's Christmas House
  • We provide supplies to Imagine Children's Museum
  • We collect food bank donations.
